Amy Burtaine
Amy Burtaine is a coach, author, and trainer, leading workshops and facilitating dialogues on equity, inclusion,and social justice. As a white person in racial equity work, Amy is committed to exploring whiteness and how racial divisions have kept whites from organizing for racial justice and engaging in collective liberation. Amy offers coaching and mediation through an anti-oppression lens. In 2022, Amy and Robin DiAngelo published a book on facilitating white affinity spaces. She has trained with the Racial Equity Institute out of Greensboro, NC, and lives in the Pacific Northwest. Her passion is helping teams find paths to playful creativity, collaboration, and ease.
