Ignite Talent & Energy
Ignite is a transformative leadership development offering for people and teams who lead and influence as part of their daily work. It is grounded in a Liberatory Leadership framework that leverages personal + collective power to build abundant, equitable, beloved community. When you lead from a position of self-awareness and own your power as “power with” not “power over”, you are able to grow your influence and share power with others. Ignite takes a cohort of people over a 4 to 6-month period through a shared experience in place-based retreats, online learning, and individual coaching.
