Champion Fleming [they/them] is an organizational change consultant and leadership coach who identifies as white, trans, and gender expansive. As a social justice advocate Champion has worked for decades on LGBTQIA+ rights, AIDS awareness, food justice, labor rights, and racism. Champion is skilled as a speaker, teacher, and facilitator.
