Ernest Mark [he, him] is an experienced executive coach and organizational development consultant. He helps leaders and organizations navigate change with clarity, choice and balance. Ernest helps his clients connect with their passion and values through a somatic approach that cultivates awareness of body, stance and presence. Ernest is a master coach who has trained a generation of coaches in a transformational approach. He currently serves as faculty for the Rockwood Leadership Institute, SEIU BOLD Center, and Leadership Education for Asian Pacifics. Ernest lives in Oakland, California with his three kids.
