Flavia Jimenez (she/hers) is a coach,  consultant, and facilitator who brings a liberatory and inclusive approach to her practice. She assists organizations and individuals find their power and purpose. She has over 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector in the program and advocacy space and spent the last five years as the managing director of organizational development and leadership at Advancement Project. In that position, she led organizational change and numerous strategic and organizational development efforts as part of a vast network of practitioners. She holds a JD from New York Law School and a professional coaching certification from Leadership that Works. She is a yoga teacher and holds a Certificate in Mindful Leadership from Spirit Rock Insight Meditation Center and is working towards an Embodied Social Justice Certificate.
