Ilana Master [she/her] is an experienced leader and organizer with a strong background in labor relations, nonprofit leadership, and worker advocacy. Ilana supports management teams and executives in navigating unionization through the Beyond Neutrality program, and supports leaders through coaching and consulting HR systems and processes. Prior to becoming a consultant, Ilana served as an organizing lead and Chief of Staff for the Sunrise Movement, where she helped lead the organization through big moments of transition.  Proficient in Spanish, Ilana was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY and has returned there after living in Oakland, CA for the past decade. She loves basketball, gardens, reading, swimming and knitting.
