Ja Young Ahn-Williams [she/her] is a leadership coach, organizational consultant, and group dynamics facilitator. She brings an authentic and heart-centered approach to creating the conditions for risk-taking and transformation. She is a native New Yorker, a daughter of Korean immigrants, and the mother of a multiracial child. Her identities have gifted her with a capacity to hold multiple realities and a passion for interrupting the silence of marginalized voices. In addition to her coaching and consulting, Ja Young is a facilitator of Somatic Abolitionism, working with Resmaa Menakem and his team of facilitators at Education for Racial Equity. Ja Young is currently on sabbatical with her family in Korea through 2025.
