Lecia Brooks is an experienced nonprofit professional with demonstrated success in change management to address inequities. She leads the creation and development of organizational commitment to DEI principles, learning, evaluation and accountability. She is skilled in conflict management, facilitation, media relations, labor management, and coalition partnerships. She currently works with the Beyond Neutrality team to support nonprofit organizations whose staff are unionizing to hold the values-based approach of being pro-union, anti-racist, and mission-driven.
