Melissa (she/her) is a coach and organizational consultant whose roots in rural North Carolina and social work training shape her calling to serve as a bridge for social change and liberatory transformation. She coaches nonprofit leaders, facilitates teams through change processes, and guides organizations through culture shifts as they seek to achieve collective, sustainable, and more significant impact in the world. Melissa has extensive knowledge in the philanthropic sector, reproductive rights health and justice movements, and racial equity work. She has an MSW from UNC-Chapel Hill and lives in Silver Spring, Maryland, with her partner and three small children.
