Naima Savage [she/her] is a coach and facilitator with deep roots in the South. She is a seasoned organizer who has helped workers take on companies like Nissan, McDonald’s and Walmart, and now leads a team at Color of Change. Naima co-developed a training program for online to offline organizing and on navigating children and work from home during the pandemic. She knows from her own experience the value of receiving support and coaching while developing as a leader, and is excited to offer that to others. At the center of her life are her two boys, who she and her husband are busy raising in New Orleans, LA.
